5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Website, the Radio and the App are protected by the French IntellectualProperty Code and by international treaties, including:
- the « La French Radio » and « La French Radio New York » trademarks and logos;
- texts, articles, columns, shows, podcasts and sound branding;
- photographs, videos, graphic design, the App’s code and databases, including the databaseof French-speaking locations.
These elements belong to PGFE or its partners. They may not be reproduced, displayed,broadcast, rebroadcast or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. Anyunauthorized use may give rise to infringement proceedings (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of theFrench Intellectual Property Code).
Partner content (including AFP and Lesfrancais.press) and photographs (Adobe Stock,Depositphotos, AFP, Reuters, A2PRL) remain the property of their authors and rights holders.Music is broadcast under licenses obtained from the relevant collective managementorganizations.
Apple, App Store, AirPlay and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play, Android,Android Auto, Chromecast and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.
6. Mobile app
The App can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store and Google Play. No account isrequired. Some features are optional and rely on permissions you can grant or withdraw at anytime in your phone settings: location, notifications, and local network access for Chromecast.
The App may link to third-party services (Apple Maps, Google Maps, partner and advertiserwebsites, social networks, music platforms). Their use is governed by those services’ ownterms.
7. Advertising and partnerships
The Website and the App may display sponsored banners and offers from partner businesses orservices, identified as such. Information about these offers (opening hours, prices, conditions)is provided under the partners’ responsibility. PGFE is not a party to any transaction betweenusers and partners.

8. Liability
The publisher strives to ensure that the information it publishes is accurate and up to date, butcannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. The publisher is not liable for:
- interruptions of the Website, the App or the audio stream;
- damages resulting from their use;

9. Right of reply
Statements made on air by guests and contributors are their own. Any person named on air hasa right of reply, to be sent to the publication director at info@lafrench.us. This right is exercisedunder the conditions set out in the LCEN and Article 6 of French Law No. 82-652 of July 29, 1982.

Any clearly unlawful content can be reported to info@lafrench.us. Please include:
- the date of your report and your identity;
- a description and the address (URL) of the content, or the name and date of the show;
- the reasons for your report.
